Shmuel holds a B.A. in Business Administration and is a certified mediator accredited by the Ministry of Justice. He brings extensive experience in residential real-estate marketing and development and is an expert in urban renewal — from TAMA 38 projects to mega Pinui-Binui complexes. Together with the company’s team he accompanies over 2,000 residents, with an emphasis on transparency, an orderly process and personal attention.
